    Depends on the State - your Attorney can file a petition requesting early release for a compelling reason.

    You could also serve your time and get off that way.

    Do What your probation officer expects of you.follow rules that your suppose to.show your probation you're a changed person.that may help at least it helped me when I was young.I got off a year early but I was on there for four years.

    Normally no, they want probation for a reason, Has all fines been paid, any community service ?
    How long was it to start with ?
