    Child support fileing question!
    I live in ocala fixing to move 2 hours away I have just gotten told that if I file in my new location a different county, that I have to live there for 3 mounths before I can file there is that true?

    Judy, please be patient. We are all volunteers here. We take time out of our regular day/work/families to answer questions. We do not sit behind a bank of computers and get paid to answer. It can take as short as a few seconds to get an answer and sometimes as long as a few days.

    When someone is online who knows the answer to your question I am sure they will respond.

    Don't write someone if you aren't going to answer you said yourself your takeing personal time out to do this so why waste you time writeing me?

    You don't have to be rude to people who are trying to help, despite your very poorly written questions. Florida child support is a state office. You can file with the central office, or submit your application to the county where the non-custodial parent lives. If you weren't so busy being snarky, you could have googled THIS.
