So my girlfriend says she loves me but she still feels something for his ex? What should I do? Help me some out here.

Now if they are still in touch that's a bit different, so how old are you?

How long have you been together?

How long was she with the ex, and how long have they been broken up?

I believe, that there are always going to be feelings for an ex. Whether it's a negetive or positive feeling, the people we meet help shape us into the person we become, preparing us for our future. If this person just got out of the relationship with their ex, it might be a good idea to let them get over it. If this is someone from a while back, it may not mean what you think it means. It just depends on the situation. Have you tried asking what exactly this person is feeling? That could be a start. Then if your still confused keep asking questions until you ask the right one. Communication is key in a relationship, as well as Trust, Commitment, and ability to stay faithful. All of these traits create love and make it last. So I guess my advice is to talk it out, be open minded, listen to what they feel, and share your feelins. Try your best to avoid arguments or jealous comments. Have a CONVERSATION :)

Hey I know its really difficult to forget you are past so its OK if has feeling for her ex but remember dear now she is with you and so now its duty to feel her comfortable and free and its my suggestion to bombard her with you are love and passion what you feel for her and tell her your every feeling you think about her and also tell her what you felt when you first time saw her take her to long drive do something out of the box for her and try to surprise her every time it means build you are own personal memories because only memories can overcome memories suppose she say this is the restaurent where she and her ex met for first time then take her there arranged a good dinner for her and love her there more than her ex did this is the only way to perish old memories which are proving to be obstacles in both of your life.hope she will be your soon from heart and mind take care
