Will hud replace our property for the third water flood
I live in an HUD apartment on the ground floor, and our apartment has flooded for the third time in the last month. The cause is from backed up pipes throughout the entire building. This time feces has flooded everywhere and multiple water damage has occurred. Is the landlord responsible for replacing any damaged property?

Yes, of course! Call the health department! Bang on a lot of desks. Give rents to a lawyer to keep for you. Take pictures.
