    Horrible Cramps, but no period? Help!
    Hey I am 14 years old, and I am having really bad cramps (on my left side especially). I already got my period this month, and I am not sexually active. They started about 5 hours ago but they were very minor before, but now it is very painful. These are very similar to the cramps I get when I am on my period (same area, somewhat different pain). Please help me out! What are these cramps from?
    I haven't used any pain killers or anything yet, because I want to find out what this is from first.

    There's really no way for us to tell you.

    It could be PMS, it could be a gall stone, it could be a kidney stone, it could be your appendix, it could be the stomach flu, etc. etc. We can't diagnose over the internet.

    Tell your mom and make an appointment with your doctor.
