Cramping can be normal at any time before, during or after your period. Some women spend their whole life NOT cramping at all, and some unfortunate women cramp before during AND after their period each time.

Some cramp for each period, some only for some. Some spend years not cramping, and then all of a sudden start cramping.

It could be perfectly normal for your body. But I urge you to see your doctor, as he needs to be aware of everything going on in your body :)

    Good luck .

Anyway, now that I know we are talking about menstrual cycles, there is a product called SoySential by Reliv. It is soy based and formulated for women's issues. It is nutritional supplement, effective and to the punch.

"There’s more to optimal women’s health than just balancing hormones. SoySentials women’s daily protective supplement’s unique blend of soy protein, potent antioxidants, probiotics and herbs provides the most complete women’s nutritional formula available. In addition to easing the symptoms of menopause and PMS, ingredients work together to promote bone health, support the immune system and keep your body performing at its peak.
