Hey I am 14 years old, and I am having really bad cramps (on my left side especially). I already got my period this month, and I am not sexually active. They started about 5 hours ago but they were very minor before, but now it is very painful. These are very similar to the cramps I get when I am on my period (same area, somewhat different pain). Please help me out! What are these cramps from?
I haven't used any pain killers or anything yet, because I want to find out what this is from first.
