    Troubleshooting a honda civic 2000 online?
    My Honda civic was sitting for three yrs and I started it and it ran fine good . The next day I try to start it and it would not start. . Got gas and good on oil .

    . Ensure the timing belt did not take a set and snap. Remove the oil cap, crank the engine, and see if the camshaft rotates.

    . Perform the tests below:
