    Troubleshooting 2006 honda civic
    What does it mean when you turn the ignition key to start and the car clicks and never starts but the little green key lights up in the panel and the radio goes off and on and the cel goes off and on. The car goes crazy.

    Remove and fully charge/replace the battery--it's likely dead. Many auto parts stores will do this for free. This link will help you troubleshoot your charging system:
