    Constipation after sex
My boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship and I see him every few weeks. When we are together we kind of have a lot of sex and the whole time I'm with him I'm constipated. I'm usually only with him for a few days and I don't know why this happens. It's the only time I get these pains in my stomach and get constipated is when I'm with him. Why does this happen?

How comfortable do you feel around him? My fiancé is in the army so I only see him at weekends and we always try and make it as special as possible I sometimes feel quite embarrassed when stuff like that slips as I feel it ruins our time together as its not lady like. As a result I often go the weekend with nothing. It could just be an unconcus desire for him to still see you as feminine who all lady like with none of the normal stuff if that make sense. Try and chill out and relax he's with you for a reason and the fact that you're human isn't going to put him off.

Its from stress. Increase your fiber before he arives and during. You need to relax and let nature take its course.

I am in the EXACT situation. I go a month or two without seeing my boyfriend and then we have a lot of sex when we do finally see each other. At first I thought it was nervousness or maybe just a coincidence or something in my diet, but it has happened every single time and I am no longer nervous or stressed around him... infact, quite the opposite. I also work hard to eat healthy. It is exactly as you describe it, pains and constipation.

I've looked around Google and there seem to be others with similar issues, but really I can't find an answer other than see your gyno. Also, after this research I feel an important thing to add is I never do anal but we can get a little rough. If you find out why this is happening, please share!
