How to get rid of constipation?
What methods and care should be taken to prevent one from constipation? What all things should one include in his diet in such cases? Are there any major problems or consequences of constipation?

Eat more fiber and less cheese. If you're having intermittent problems, you can invest in a laxitive. But yes constipation can cause problems.

Eat a well balanced diet, with plenty of roughage and fiber.

Dried fruits, fresh green vegetables, breakfast cereal with a good amount of fiber content will help too.

If you need immediate relief, drink some prune juice, or eat some prunes, or you could purchase a stool softener from your local drug store or pharmacy.

Bowel problems should be addressed immediately you find that it is a problem in your daily life. Blockages can develop and cause major problems like diverticulitis which are polyps on the intestines that grow out and fill with waste.

Hmm now that you say that it kind of does, but hopefully with all the information on the internet, he/she would not post such an easily answered question here? Unless they wanted us to do the research for them... A textbook is just as useful, if this be the case.
