    Enter canada with a previous deportation removal
    I have enter the u.s.a with my mother illegaly, when I was 16, live there for 10years, and got deported, with no criminal record, now I am married to a canadian citizen, and I am trying to apply for a permanent residend in canada, I just want to know if that will a problem? In my PR application.

    Yes, there could be a problem. If you were officially deported it's still on your record.

    Yes I did got officially deported , but I was never admitted in to the U.S legaly and,they could nt fund any record of me being in the U.S that's why I got deported. Basically what I am asking is, if the
    Canadian government will considered an inmigration offenses as a Inadmissible crime
