    Hampton bay replaced burned out receiver fan still not working?

    What did you replace it with? Do all of the dip switches on both the remote and the receiver match perfectly?

    Replaced from customer service via Hampton Bay. All switches are in down position. Think I may need to replace battery in remote. Am going to try this and see if that works. Have red light on remote think they is slight power, but battery is old.

    The receiver they sent is same as old one. Was using the wall switch for a while to turn on as battery seemed to be going out on remote.

    After the new battery if you still have trouble confirm power going into and out of the wall switch. If you have power but still no fan just come back and tell us
