    Adoption
I just recently found out that I had a brother born in December of 1992 and would like to find him. I realize that siblings have very little rights to search for adopted siblings but I was wondering if you knew of any loopholes to get to know him. Our father is currently in prison, and actually doesn't even know that he has another child.

    There are no loopholes.

You're welcome to join reunion websites or to hire a private detective, though. You just have no recourse through the courts to even search.

The father will know at least who the mom may be, find the mom and you may find the child or some leads.

Next you post the info to 100's of web search sites for adoption.
