    What are my chances of winning sole custody of my daughter
    I'm a single mom raising my daughter with no hellp from her dad at all he has visitation acess to her on alternating weekends. He is now taking me to court for sole custody of her on the grounds at I'm a drug addict I have willingly done a drug test which was negative. He is also claiming I'm unable to care for her. With only affidavits from his mom and dad. He has given false information to the courts and c.a.s, what are my chances or losing to him we currently have joint custody but she primary lives with me and acess to him.. someone please sshed some light..

    Do you have an attorney? It's always best to have an attorney.

    Ultimately it will be up to the judge to determine what's in the best interest of your daughter. If he's trying to prove you unfit, he'll have to actually prove it by providing evidence. Will he be able to do that?

    Yes I do have a lawyer, and no he can't he only have word against word right now no hard proof of anything.. he only has his mom and dad saying stuff nothing else word against word
