Ultimately it will be up to the judge to determine what's in the best interest of your daughter. If he's trying to prove you unfit, he'll have to actually prove it by providing evidence. Will he be able to do that?

Yes I do have a lawyer, and no he can't he only have word against word right now no hard proof of anything.. he only has his mom and dad saying stuff nothing else word against word
