    What happens if I decided not to pay my debts?
    For about 18 months I haven't paid my accounts. Have no job, no properties, no car; basically have nothing. Living with my daughter. She gives me some money to cover medical expenses. I've not been able to get health insurance. My accounts show closed/paid or charged off. What if I decided not to pay debts at all. What can happen?

    If you are "judgment proof" while your creditors can obtain judgments against you, they can't do anything with them now. But they will be there if you do get a job and get back on your feet.
