    I can not pay the debts.What should I say in court?
    Chase suied me.Court date is 02/26/10.I have other debts.I can not pay them.What should I say in court?I did not respond to any calls or letters from creditors.Unemployed.What if I get a judgment against me,will I be able to file bankruptcy and this judgment would be dismissed?If I don't file bankruptcy,what would happen knowing that the debts are so much that I won't be able topay?

    To start with if you ignore a court summons you WILL lose by default. And THEY will be awarded everything they ask for. That's the WORST thing you can do.
