So me and my boyfriend had sex for the first time (for both of us) on Dec.23. I was supposed to get my period on Jan 5th and its Jan 7th now. Sometimes it's late though. At first when the condom was still rolled up he went to put it on and realized it was upside down and than flipped it over and put it on. My concern is that there could have been pre c** on the condom. He missed getting in me the first time and went to high and too low so maybe than could have wiped it off. Also he only went in about 2 inches because it was pretty painful. What do you think my chances are? I'm paranoid about it so I'm worried my periods not going to come due to stress and than ill tell my mom and ill end up not being pregnant at all and will lose her trust.

Given the circumstances, odds are low that you are pregnant, but see what happens in the next couple of weeks. Since you know that your period can be late, it is more likely that that is the reason why is hasn't shown yet. After another week or two, if still no period, try a pregnancy test. Be sure to follow the directions on the test exactly.

Of course it would be wise not to engage in sex until you are ready to handle the possible consequences of a baby. That way too, you won't have to ever worry about risking an unplanned pregnancy and having to tell your mom.

If you decide to continue, however, it would be wise to use an additional form of birth control along with a condom to decrease the odds even more. Just remember that no birth control is 100% effective at preventing pregnancy.
