Awhile back I had a thing with this guy. We started as good friends, I had just come out of a really bad relationship and he was helping me and we became fast friends. After that we started having feelings for achother and talked about dating. Howecer he hasn't had very good relationships and he got scared. After awhile I started dating my now boyfriend which is one of this guys best friend. I talked about it with him afte and he was cool about it and we are still friends. However I find myslef think about him and wonder how he is doing ( he moved away in the summer) he text me and always checks up and doesn't bring up my boyfriend and I feel like sometimes he is leaving hints. Do I still like him?

Sounds like its okay with him to email and make hints because he still doesn't have to have a relationship with you other then email!! He is getting his ego boost without putting any effort into anything real like dating!

Question is why are you still allowing him to email you---he knows that you are going out with his FRIEND!! You are off limits to him. I hope you realize that what you have is REAL with your boyfriend, at least he was man enough to date your unlike this guy who was too scared, but how funny that he isn't scared enough to try and mess with you behind his friends back by email.

I won't waste anymore time or risk losing what you have!!

This guy sounds like a loser to be honest. He has no loyalty to he's friend and is probably jealous of him for being a man to date you.
Im scared in the relationship that Im currently in. But I like the bloke so Im sticking it out.
Everyone wonders about exes and what could have been. I still have a nose on Faceboom at them, its natural. But I would just remember that this guy had he's chance and blew it. And Id ask him to stop contacting you so you can move on. Now he's moved away he knows nothing can happen between you anyway. Hes contacting you for an ego boost!
And to be honest if you really liked him I don't think you'd have dated he's friend knowing that could embarrass/upset/annoy him. I really hope for your new boyfriends sake that you didn't date him to make this other guy kealous. If so end it now, it hurts people.
Hope I don't sound mean, but sometimes I think tough advice is the best. I wish at time people had been harder with me. Ive been hurt a lot but also fallen for some men I shouldn't (eg ones with girlfriends) It all ends in tears and people get hurt which is never nice.
Maybe be single for a bit while you work out who or what you want:)
