Matag Top mount Freezer not cold Icel melting Fridge OK
Hello this is at my moms Im not there but Ice and Ice Cream in Freezer Melted temp in Ice box 40 deg OK She here's fan running but not sure about compressor. Water on the floor under the unit. Could the defrost be stuck on? Also she had little food and went to store and brought a lot home on Thursday then problem stated this Saturday AM. But new food was cold as it is below freezing outside. Both controls were set to 4.

Whirlpool Refrigerator ET20AKXLNR1 compressor keeps running. Freezer is cold and Refrigerator is cold. Compressor will not cycle off. Cold control, relay,defrost heater, defrost timer are all good.
We took it apart and defrosted all the coils and it worked great for a week then the same thing happened again. I also replaced the gasket this week could it be from over stuffing or maybe the frost free is not working?
