    Honeywell RTH6350D
I'm installing a Honeywell RTH6350D thermostat. I'm replacing an old thermostat with mercury and only two wires connected to it. Unfortunately, these two wires are not labeled. How would I hook them up to the new thermostat.

This worked! I also only had two wires and after spending over an hour and a half of following directions in the manual and every combination of Y, R, Rc, and jumper, I finally got smart and just looked it up online. So for anyone else, just connect one wire to R, the other to W and I also removed the jumper between R and Rc. Just fyi.

    Thanks!
