    How can I change my daughters last name?
    Here is the problem I am 18 he is 20. My daughter just turn 4.he put himself on child support and is been about 1 or 2 years he hasent paid me any money and I still allowed my daughter to see him but I recently stop letting her go I would like to change here last name but I don't know if have to have his signature or not I am not married to him or nothing I live whit my parents and we have no communication whit them. Can someone please help me?

    I don't understand what "he put himself on child support" means - did the Court ORDER that he pay support?

    Visitation and support are two different things. You cannot deny visitation because he is not paying support. You recently stopped letting your daughter see him? You must have some idea where he is.

    If and how you can change the birth certificate depends on the State.

    This is a legal question, not a question about raising children, and I have asked that it be moved.

    Well why should I let my kid go isf he don't pay and I haven't mention that he is a abuser his environment is not so good for my daughterhe doesn't even work all he dose is play video games whit his cuzin
