My daughter just turn 4.he put himself on child support and is been about 1 or 2 years he hasent paid me any money and I still allowed my daughter to see him but I recently stop letting her go I would like to change here last name but I don't know if have to have his signature or not I am not married to him or nothing I live whit my parents and we have no communication whit them. Can someone please help me?
