Well on Saturday I got in a car with a new friend because he was my ride back home but when I got in the car and we were leaving he told me he was drunk and couldn't see straight and I was buzzed enough so I couldn't drive so I asked him to drop me off at my girlfriends house.it was 11 at night and my girlfriend was the only one awake so I asked her to open the door but apparently it was stuck because it was old and the side door was blocked by a car so she told me to go through the window,so I did cause I was tired and scared because I almost got in a car crash.but when I went through the window and got in my girlfriends room and laid on the floor,she told me the neighbors called the cops.so they arrested me and everything and kept me in the lobby for the night.its my first misdemeanor.whats going to happen?I'm 19 years old and arrested once for this without anyone bailing me out.am I going to jail or a fine or what?

Something is not adding up here.
Didn't your GF tell the cops she asked you to go in through window?
How did she know the neighbors called the cops?

Yes, not right,

If cops showed up and your friend lived there, she merely says, that she was letting you in because the door was stuck
*** was this the same door the police were able to get in ?

So for the trial your friend merely testifies in court that you were allowed to come in.

So how about the real rendition of what happened? Cops don't show up for someone who "crawled out of a car window". Let alone arrest the person. They would have arrested the driver of the car first. Also, they were not there to see you actually crawl out of the window and even if they did I'm scratching my head to think of what charge they could pin on you. Buddy, your story is severely lame. Please give us the real deal this time.
