    I am 15 and my boyfriend is almost 19 is it illegal?
    I am 15 and will be 16 in march and my boyfriend is 18 and will be 19 in a week is it illegal for us to date?

    Not illegal to date but, depending on where you live, it could be illegal to get sexually intimate.

    Your boyfriend could find himself in a great deal of legal trouble whether you agreed to the intimacy or not.

    Be very careful and do not allow yourselves to get into a situation that can cause both of you heartbreak and legal problems.

    Yes it is not illegal to date. However, since you are a minor You are still subject to your parents control. Your parents have to approve your dating. If they don't approve then he could get in legal trouble if he tries to date you.

    If he's smart he will recognize you are jail bait and stay away. If you are smart you will keep your legs closed until you are physically, emotionally and financially ready to have a child.
