    The copper piping is sometimes called Coils.
    The Low voltage Contactor coil works on AC?

    I think we are talking about an A coil as in air conditioning. You have an A coil as part of the AC and as a reverse system for the heat side of a heat pump. An A coil is a flat coil bent to form an A or inverted V.
