    What is the damage to the unborn child? You can only sue for monetary damages and/or pain and suffering.

    Hello o:

    The unborn child has NO rights. After he's born he does. That's also the time you can figure out if he's been damaged.

    What was the diagnosis? What was the medication?

    As the others have said, the unborn do not have rights. You will have to wait to see if there is damage to the baby once it is born, then you will have to determine if that damage was caused by the medication.
