    Rights to unborn child
    If a child is born and it is proved to be mine, can I file for custody of the child now or do I have to wait?:confused:

    You can have the paper work ready but you will have to wait to the baby is born. And if the mother wants custody unless there is some serious reason for the mother not to keep the baby, don't expect to get custody
