    Ac fan not kicking into high
    A/C blower fan not kicking into high, brand new system everything else is working.

    Call the contractor that sold and installed the system since it is under warranty. Now if you bought the unit off the web/Internet you might be toast since many manufactures do not warranty units purchased that way.
