I have so much stress in my life and it is out of control
I have been in a relationship that has brought an enormous amount of stress into my life from the start. I have always covered his back 100% and now I feel the resentment and anger because I am not successful in any way. I am getting louder and louder. I just would like to know how to cope in a calm way or how to walk away when I feel the tense environment. Please advice

You say the stress in your life is out of control, and you blame this on your partner, because you have essentially been too busy 'covering his back' 100%, and leaving yourself on a back burner somewhere.

Now you find yourself, if I read you right, in a position where you have no personal success. What do you mean by that. Taking care of him has robbed you of a career or promotions?

Think about needs here. While his needs are met, yours obviously are not.

Can you be more specific as to how you got to this point, why you have lost yourself, and what you have given up, or could have had, for yourself, without him.

Suggestions: the beach. Park . Walking around in beautiful places and dreaming, think of what you really want for yourself, do something you really like. If you need any help , don't hesitate to ask..
