    I have a 1,800' long access road how far apart should I place electrical junction acc
    I have an 1,800' access road to bring power and low voltage cables to my house. How far apart should I put access junction boxes?

    You will be limited to the max length of the cable that is available. If you can get the cable needed in a 2000 foot length, then may only need two , one at each end.

    Any turns in direction of conduit could use access to help with pulling.

    Actually, if this on the utility side of things they will be the ones to determine what is required.
