    Car won't start
    I replaced my distributor cap and a blown fuse I found. My honda turns over but still won't start what else could it be?

    Blown fuse may be telling you something, can still blow if problem has not been corrected.

    If the Check Engine Light comes on and goes out after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), then the problem is usually with the distributor. On older Civics and Accords (pre-2000), replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil often solves the problem:
