Depend on the Height, Does it need scaffolding, extreme heights, does it include bulbs?
Is it just unscrew and install a new bulb, or are they flourescens with ballast.
Does anything need to be removed before changing bulbs?
Then figure time, and amount you need for your time. Too low will mean low profit, too high and you may not get the job.
    Good Luck.

Are you a handyman or are you're a licensed electrician? More details would help, this could be as simple as climbing a step ladder 55 times and screwing in a bulb

If you cannot figure out your own overhead then how do you think we can??

    How long will it take?
    What materials will it take?
What special equipment will it take?
    What is your overhead?
    What is your profit margin?

Add all that up and you have your price.

Well, if your going to be a Travelling Bulb Installer and they pay Travel and expences, you may lower your salary for the Perks. Still try to get decent money(enough to pay your bills and a little extra).
