I have some old scars on my legs, could you please advise the best method of removal?

Depends how old is your scar? Less than six months more than six months older scars need laser,most efficiant if its keloided a bit. And its made of scar tissue,wich is OK if your caucasian if you have ethnic skin then it actually cause,further scarring.
You most likely thinking of a skin bleaching cream for it so its most likely dark try one but exfoliate it
But only play with this scar if its really old or you may damage underlying tissue and slow down healing.
Wich bleaching. Cream try anything with at least 2percent hydroquinone (if I even spelt it right)
And be patient.
You can take onmega 6 and 3 with primrose oil.
