I have scars because I have eczema and I'm really self conscious about them! I can't wear strappy tops because I'm scared of people seeing my arms! I won't wear shorts or skirts as I'm ashamed of my legs! I won't even let my boyfriend see my body I'm just so ashamed of my scars! Is there anything that can get rid of them or make them less noticeable?? I've tried things such as bio oil but it doesn't work! Please help!

Until someone comes along to personally address you and your question, you might want to put the word "scars" into the search function at the top of this page and then click on Search. There are many threads where the subject of scars have come up.

There's also some links on the bottom of this page that you might want to click on to see what information might be available on those threads.

Concerning your self-consciousness and confidence, you might want to try showing some people your scars who are near and dear to you and see what they say. Problems like this almost always look the worst to the person who has the problem, whereas others might not really notice the problem at all!
