    Tempstar higheffiency5000
    My father in law gave us a tempstar high eff. 5000 which is old. Just had a brand new 96.6 percent eff. Luxaire 100,000 BTU furnace installed recently,and was just wondering if at all could be installed along with the unit he gave to us?

Having problems with my Tempstar furnace, the blower fails to come on automatically when the oil burner starts up but can be turned on manually from the thermostat. I think the problem is intermittent. Took a look at the blower, the windings were covered in 1/2 inch of dust but the fan itself...

Blower stay on even thermostat is disconnected at the board. Replace board but it's still doing the same thing.
