All right, well I'm beginning to fear this a lot. I am 19 years old, I am a virgin and so is my girlfriend. We've tried having sex a couple times (about three) but apparently I lose my erection. I am not sure why though, I am pretty healthy person, don't drink, smoke, I workout 4 to 5 times a week. The thing is that when we make out and touch each other I get erections but after everything that has happened, I am scared to take off my pants cause I feel it will be gone in a minute.. I think you are just nervous. Having sex for the first time is a beautiful thing and from the sound of it you could really love this girl which makes it even more special. So there is a lot of pressure there for it to be perfect. First of all, it will be perfect no matter what because of how you feel about each other. If you keep being afraid to take your pants off you will make your girlfriend think you are not attracted to her anymore. Just start slow. Don't think too much. Just close your eyes and feel. Feel your heartbeats. Maybe have her start you off with oral. Just get comfortable being naked and touching each other. Rubbing against her, kissing and hugging naked.
