    House is being auctioned off in3 days do I still have to pay rent
    House is being auctioned off in 3 days lanlord wants us to pay rent or he will evict us. He has last months rent and deposit

    What are you planning on doing after the house is auctioned off?

    It sounds like he's just trying to get more money out of you while he can. As far as I know, it takes more than 3 days to get an eviction notice from the courts.

    Knowing what state you're in might help others be better able to help you.

    When is your rent due? When did you last pay it?

    A foreclosure can be forestalled, right up to the moment it goes on the block. So he could forestall it and still be your landlord.

    We need more info to help, including the general area where you live.
