I have a 1996 Saturn with 212,000 miles on it and am "fixing" it up for my 16 year old granddaughter. I am wondering if there would be better illumination if I replaced the still "good" low beam headlight bulbs with new bulbs? Obviously I don't want to fork out over $40 if this won't make night...
