    Need guidance on ITIN NO
    Hi ,
I had applied for my Wife ITIN no for almost 6 week ago and I got the rejection and they require my tax return. So I sent all the document with rejection letter to IRS. After 4 week I call IRS helpline and they said they have only rejection status. They are not getting any document which I send with rejection letter. But certified mail said that they delivered mail.

Question : Do I have to send it again or Do I need to apply as a fresh application?
    Please guide me on this
    Thanks in Advance.

    Thanks,

Do NOT send it again; it is taking up to three months for the ITIN processing center to process submissions. Your second submission has only been there for 4 weeks.
