    Labor Laws
If an employee has an agreement with his or her employee to work on salary, meaning they get paid for 88 hours every two weeks, what happens if they are exceeding way more than 88 hours? And if the employee takes a vacation is it the employers responsibility to still pay them even though they did not work at all for that pay period?

Salary means same amount whether you work more or less hours.
The vacation would be whatever the company policy is.
