    What charges can I file against someone
    My son moved in with this girl for about 2 months. They broke up and he left.
    Every time he would call her to go retrieve his stuff she would either not answer or not be home when she told him to come. He has a truck there that is in my husbands name. She sold the truck to someone without our knowledge what charges can I file against her?

    How did she sell it? Did she have the title and forged husband's name somehow to sell it? Do you know where the truck is now?
