Every time he would call her to go retrieve his stuff she would either not answer or not be home when she told him to come. He has a truck there that is in my husbands name. She sold the truck to someone without our knowledge what charges can I file against her?

How did she sell it? Did she have the title and forged husband's name somehow to sell it? Do you know where the truck is now?
