Good point Muddy. There may be an attraction to the opposite sex holding her back.

Personally I would be a very wary of that situation. If the friend has an attraction to your wife she may encourage your wife to "stray"
I'm not saying she will for sure but I would keep trying to explore her body in your own ways through either reading up or just practicing.
