    Fat burners
I've been restricting what I have been eating and keeping to a strict exercise routine and I was thinking about adding a fat burner to help out. Does anybody have a recommendation or a tip or two? I've heard that Hot Rox was a good choice

I'm going to be a big downer but I'm going to say do not take any fat burners or weight loss pills.

You are doing a great job on your own, the last thing you need is to contaminate your body with disgusting chemicals that will damage your body- some may not agree but I do believe that there is some sort of comeback for messing with mother nature.

If you want to burn more fat increase your cardio time, eat a healthy filling breakfast, get a good amount of sleep and boost your metabolism.

Please ensure you are getting the proper nutrition.

The most effective fat burner is black coffee. A cup of espresso before a workout can significantly increase your workrate in the gym. Most commercial fatburners are based on caffeine and a sprinkle of vitamins.

Weight loss pills can work really great by lowing the weight of your wallet.
