What is the most effitiant way to elimitate bags under your eyes with natural way?

Right, I used to always get bags under my eyes, ill tell you now, drink lots of water in the morning, at least 3 cups, and press something cold under your eyes but not for to long , either an ice cube or what ever you can find that is cold, make sure ice is slippery first or it will stick to your face and you don't want that, or it will be painful, make sure you get at least 8 hours sleep and sleep with a big puffy pillow so the fluid stays at the bottom of the face while you sleep.

Look I'm soz to disagree but its not a lot of sleep that matter,s if you have 2 much you will produce too much fluid under your eyes, I'm telling you sleep plays a big role but its about your diet treatment, salt and caffeine won't help so cut back on that, don't drink a lot late at night, but in the morning drink a lot of fluids
