    My husband went back to his country
    My husband is not a legal citizen of the USA and he is trying for his papers but he moved to his country and I want to get divorce but he won't signed it. Does anyone knows about this?:(

    You can divorce him in the US and it doesn't matter that he won't sign any papers for it.
