    Romex wire repair?
Stan if your out there I swear this is my last question... is it OK to place electrical tape over the romex wire if I were to perhaps accidentally knick it or perhaps staple it a bit harder than I intended, or do I need to completely do the run over?

And as a secondary question in reference to outlet placement to stay within code, do closets count as doorways or do they just mean entry and exits witin 6 feet? And if you have a wall that ends at a butt then wraps around to the other side is that considered a break in the wall or do you continue on with the 12 foot rule? Any input is appreciated.

If u have enough slack, cut wire and put in 1900 box, wire nut together= or make it an outlet. Black to dark screws and white to silver screws

If putting in box, box must be accessible.

Yes, closet doors count as openings.

U wrap walls to get 12'

    Good luck
