    Are you trying to install Microsoft Outlook from a CD/DVD? What error message are you seeing, or are you seeing any error messages?

    Downloading is the process of copying a file from a remote computer to your PC. Installing is the process of setting up a program to run on your PC, whether the setup is run from an online file, a disk or a downloaded file.

    So what EXACTLY are you doing and what happens when you do it?

    Maybe I have mess up I install Microsoft 2007 and I think outlokk it on that but then I install the connector off line and it won't let me send or receive messages

    Outlook is part of office, install from office disk and choose Custom install and just choose outlook
